One week from now... we'll be in the air again. Heading East to the United States! We are so excited to spend time in Youngstown with our incredible family and church :) Samuel hasn't had the opportunity to spend so much time in the States... just a week or two each year... so we have so much on our list of things to discover!
Only in America:
Root Beer Float (it's a kind of soda and ice cream)
- Enormous stores overflowing with anything and everything you could think of...
- Road trips with the windows down and country music on the radio...
- Root-beer floats (has nothing to do with alcohol)
- Coupons
- Waitresses who call you "sweetheart" or "darlin" when they take your order...
- You drive everywhere... people think something's wrong if you're walking...
- Iced tea
- Squirrels
- School busses
- American football and baseball
- PB&J
- "Wuz up?"
- Cheddar cheese
- Cowboys
- Roller-skating
... I will continue adding to this list, I'm sure.
